
Ingredients
- Udon noodles
- Peas, broad beans, spring onions
- Lemon juice, grape seed oil, mirin, soy sauce, garlic clove, chilli
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Cook peas, broad beans separately. Let cool. Cut up spring onion. Mix together.
- Make the dressing: Lemon juice, 50ml oil, soy sauce 1/4 cup, garlic clove, mirin and chilli. Combine and set aside.
- Cook noodles, drain. Poor dressing over the greens. Stir. Add noodles and stir to combine.
- Toast sesame seeds and sprinkle on top. Serve.
