
Ingredients
- A fresh Lime
- Can of Valcom Coconut Cream 400g
- Passage to India Korma Simmer Sauce
- 1T Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1T Canola oil
- 500g Lamb chopped into squares
Method
- Put oil in large saucepan, bring to heat and add lamb.
- When lamb is browned add Korma simmer sauce.
- Add Valcom Coconut Cream and stir.
- Add brown sugar.
- Add salt.
- Add juice of 1/4 of a lime and stir in.
- Simmer to 20 to 30 mins. Serve with basmati rice.
