
Ingredients
- Hakubaku ramen noodles
- Miso paste (I use red)
- Soy
- Garlic
- Stock- chicken or vegetable
- Mince chilli
- Broccolini
- Pork and vealMince
- Mirin
- Sesame seeds
- Miso soup packet single serve sachet
Method
- Fry garlic and mince and add miso and then set aside in bowl
- Boil stock . Add chilli, mirin, Packet dry miso soup ..
- Boil ramen noodles in seperate pot to directions , drain and divide up serving portions in bowls
- Cook eggs 7 minutes so just before hard boiled
- Put in bowls - stock broccolini , halved egg and spoon pork veal mince on top. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds to serve if you wish.
