Method
- Clean coral trout and score flesh,cook evenly until crispy in wok with oil
- Simmer garlic,chilli,Lee Kum Kee panda brand oyster sauce,honey and water in pan.Add half spring onion and Thai basil
- Place crispy coral trout on plate,drizzle with simmer sauce.Garnish with spring onion,chilli and Thai basil
