
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast chopped
- Chopped vegetables of choice, eg onion, cellery, capsicum, broccoli, beans.
- 1 teaspoons crushed garlic
- Diced Onion
- Noodles of choice
- Lemon juice
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Tumeric, all spice, paprika, dill and Fresh red chilli
- 1 tin water chestnuts
- Olive oil
Method
- Brown onion and put aside
- Heat oil in wok or large fry pan.
- Add garlic and brown onion.
- Add chopped vegetables cook for 5 mins
- Add soy sauce, lemon juice, herbs and spices and honey to desired taste.
- Add water chestnuts , fresh chilli and the cooked chicken. Cook until veges are at desired texture.
- Meanwhile cook noodles according to packet and add to dish. Stir and simmer for 1 min.
- Serve :)
