
Ingredients
- Fresh vegetables such as carrots, Spanish onions, radish, red cabbage, savoy cabbage
- Kewpie Mayonnaise 3 table spoons
- Thousand island 2 table spoons
- Lime juice 2 tea spoons
- Sugar to taste
- Plum sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
- Fresh Tuna 400g
- Smoked salmon 6 slices
- SKRA sushi gari
- Instant Jellyfish
- Seasoned seaweed
Method
- Chopped vegetables into thin slices. Then slice tuna into 1 cm thick.
- Arranged colour vegetables, tuna, smoked salmon, SKRA sushi gari, instant jellyfish, seasoned seaweed on to a serving plate.
- Mixed Kewpie Mayonnaise, thousand island sauce, sesame oil, LKK plum sauce, lime and sugar in a big bowl
- Pour mixed sauces on top of the mixed vegetables serving plate.
- Every one holding a pair of chopsticks and stirred until all ingredients mixed together. Eat the one bowl wonder straight away.
