Method
- Heat oil and cook capsicum for 2 mins. Add spring onions, ginger, curry paste and cookFor 1 min. Add Valcom coconut milk for 1 min.Add sugar snap peas
- Add cooked prawns.. heat for 2 minutes. Add coriander as garnish ( optional)
