
Ingredients
- 1 Rabbit cut into 6 pieces
- 1 Tbls Lee Kum Kee Sesame oil
- 2 extra Tbls of oil
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 1 ts chopped fresh ginger
- 2 ts Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1/2 cup LEE KUM KEE CHAR SUI Sauce
- 1 Ts Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Chinese Rice wine.
- 1 cup rice
- 2 TBLS ORBENTO PONZU SAUCE
Method
- Coat rabbit portions in 5 spice powder. Heat both oils in heavy pan add all ingredients except rice and Ponzu sauce. Cook stirring occasionally until Rabbit is tender. Remove rabbit set aside. Strain pan juices ready for serving.
- Cook rice , when ready to serve stir in PONZU Sauce. This balances the flavours of the Char Sui sauce.
- Stir Fry your choice of Vegetables.
- To Serve. Place Rice on plate , top with Rabbit and pour sauce over.
