
Ingredients
- 4 stalks of spring onions
- 2 carrots
- Half a wombok
- 4 packets of udon noodles
- 500g mince pork
- 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Method
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside
- Boil the noodles to packet instructions and set aside
- Add oil to a hot wok. Cook the mince pork on high heat until almost brown
- Add the carrots and wombok and cook until done
- Add the noodles, sauce and spring onions. Mix together until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
- Serve!
