
Ingredients
- 270g Yakisoba Noodles
- 300g Chicken
- Oil
- 6 fresh shittake mushrooms.
- Onion, carrot, cabbage.
- Soy sauce, oyster sauce, mixing (tbsp each).Worcestershire sauce, sugar (tsp of each).
Method
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions and set aside.
- Combine the sauces and sugar in a bowl.
- Cook the chicken in a wok with a drizzle of oil and remove.
- Remove the chicken and, in the same wok, cook the mushrooms, onions, carrots and cabbage.
- Add the noodles, chicken and sauce mixture. Continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
