- Yakisoba Noodles
- Chicken Breast
- Mushroom
- Carrots
- Onion
- Cabbage
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Tomato Sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Garlic
- Celery
Method
- Preparation of vegetables
- Heat oil in wok
- Add to vegetables to oil
- Boil noodles for 2-3 minutes
- Stir vegetables for 2 minutes
- Add chicken breast until golden brown
- Drain noodles and to wok
- Preparing the yakisoba sauce in separate bowl - mix all sauces
- Add Yakisoba sauce into wok and tossed until well combined
- Sprinkle with spring onions
- Transfer to large bowl and serve
