- Zucchini
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Egg
- Flour
- Cornflour
- Water
Method
- Chop veggies into bite sized pieces
- Heat oil in pan
- Make slurry with flour, cornflour, egg. Add to vegetables, stir until coated
- Fry each side on med-high heat for 3-5mins before serving with Kewpie Sriracha and Tonkatsu sauce
