
Ingredients
- Carrot
- Baby bok choy
- Ginger paste
- Sesame seeds
- Chick stock
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Prawn and chive wonton
- Chilli
- Murktut lime leaves
- Kojac noodles
- Oil
- Water
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Chop all veggies
- Add ginger paste, sesame seeds and salt +pepper and chilli in bowl
- Heat oil in saucepan and once hot, pour in ginger mixture thrn add soy sauce to mixture
- Put oil in saucepan and cook carrot for 3 mins then add 2 cups of water, chicken stock and oyster sauce. Bring to boil.
- Add wontons and leaves
- Add bok choy after 5 mins of simmering
- Stir in noodles for 1 minute
- Dish up in bowls and spoon over ginger mixture.
