
Ingredients
- 1 wombok Chinese cabbage
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 bunch of Coriander
- 1 red Chilli
- Crunchy noodles
- 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup Changs crispy noodle salad dressing
- 1/3 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Finely chop wombok, spring onions, coriander,chilli. Put into large salad bowl.
- Cut chicken into small pieces, heat oil in pan, add chicken, fry until cooked.
- In the salad bowl add crunchy noodles, almonds and salad dressing and Kewpie mayonnaise. Stir until all combined. Top with cooked chicken. Season, then serve.
