
Ingredients
- 500g lean diced beef
- 1 large potato
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 large onion
- 540 g water
- S&B golden curry mix
Method
- Chop all the veggies and put in a bowl
- Heat some oil in a large pot on the stove then put the meat and veggies in and cook until soft
- Add water and simmer for 15-30 mins
- Add golden curry mix and stir until dissolved
- Serve by itself or with bread or rice
