- Fresh caught Tasmanian tuna
- Kewpie mayo
- Soy sauce
- S&B wasabi
Method
- Mix 1/2 tsp S&B wasabi with tablespoon mayo
- Very thinly slice raw chilled tuna
- Place tuna on plate with kewpie mayo, soy and extra wasabi paste
- Eat and enjoy
