
Ingredients
- 2 Wagyu steaks
- 10 baby potato
- I bunch broccolini
- 2 tbsp S&B wasabi
- 4 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Turn oven on to 230 degrees Celsius fan forced
- Pierce and microwave potato on high for 7 minutes until easily pierced.
- Wash and trim ends of broccolini
- Pour 2 tbsp olive oil in baking tray and heat in oven for 5 minutes before tossing cooked potato (cut in half) for 8 minutes. Add broccolini tossing and cook for further 5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper
- Season Wagyu with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 3 minutes 1 side, 2 minutes 2nd side (for medium rare). Rest for 5 minutes and cut across the grain in 1.5cm strips.
- Mix wasabi and mayonnaise together and serve with steak, potato, broccolini.
