
Ingredients
- Chilli Tuna Cans × 2
- Eggs x 3
- Basmati Rice or Jasmine Rice or Brown Rice - 125gms
- Mixed Vegetables - 100gms (brocolli carrots , beans and cauliflower)
- Brown Onion - 1/4
- Smoked paprika- 1/2 tbsp
- Cayenne Pepper - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- ABC Original Chilli Sauce - Sambal Asli
- Garlic Infused Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Cooking Salt - quantity is dependent on seasoning preference
Method
- Heat up the garlic infused oil on high in a wok and cook brown onion until translucent.
- Then add cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder and cook for 2 mins on high
- Add in the Chilli tuna, mix the spices well through the tuna and allow to cook for another 5- 6 mins on medium heat ( Caution - cooking on high heat will overheat the tuna and cause it to splatter)
- Once tuna is mixed in well with the spice mix , add in basmati, Jasmine or brown rice and mix well
- Then add the mixed vegetables and mix well and keep cooking for a few mins so the mixture is well mixed and cooked.
- Once the rice and the vegetables are mixed well with the tuna and spice mix , push them to one side of the wok and add in the eggs. Once the egg is in the wok , keep mixing / beating the egg until they get to a scrambled consistency. Add salt for seasoning. Once the egg is almost cooked, mix it through with the remainder of the mixture.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed together, add the ABC Chilli sauce and mix through well and cook further for around 2- 3 mins.
- Add cooking salt for seasoning, mix well and serve while pipping hot. (Note - cooking salt is a lot stronger than normal salt)
