- Rice Wine Vinegar 1tbSesame Oil 1tb

Method
- Marinate your pork medallion in the mix of sauces the morning prior to cooking. This will tenderize and seep into the meat.
- Cook your meat 5 minutes each side.
- Boil your vegetables and marinate using leftover sauce in pan from pork medallion. A fast, healthy, low calorie meal!
