
Ingredients
- 500g minced pork
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs thinly sliced shallots or spring onion
- 1.5 tbs Squid brand fish sauce
- 1 tbs Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand oyster sauce
- 1 tbs ABC sweet soy (kecap manis) sauce
- 1tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Method
- Put all marinade ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly combine with mince and let marinade for at least 15 minutes or better overnight
- Roll meat into Pattieās or meatballs and grill in a preheated 200 degree oven for 18 minutes turning halfway
- Serve in one bowl by combining your choice of noodle or rice, and your own preferred mix of vegetables and enjoy! (Use extra fish or soy sauce if you desire to dress the noodle bowl)
