Vietnamese ginger chicken

- Chicken
- Olive oil and sesame pil
- Mixed Asian veg

Method
- Heat oil then add spices and chilli. Cook for 30 secs
- Add onion for 1 minute, then add chicken and brown for 2 mins, add rest off veg and base sauce. Cook 3 mins. Add main sauce and simmer for 2 mins
- Add leaf greens S S simmer for 2 mins
