
Ingredients
- Cooked rice (3-4 cups)
- Frozen peas/corn/carrot mix
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Soy sauce
- Sweet soy sauce
- Jar ginger
- Jar garlic
Method
- Heat wok with tsp oil. Once heated pour in beaten eggs and cook, chopping them as you stir. Once cooked, place on a seperate plate.
- Add 1 tbsp both ginger and garlic to heated pan with an extra splash of oil. Cook until fragrant
- Add in 3 cups of frozen behest, stir until heated through
- Add in rice and another splash of oil. Stir until combined. Add 1 tbsp each of soy and sweet soy sauce (or to taste)
- Stir through egg and serve.
