
Ingredients
- Hakuba ramen noodles
- Tom yum paste
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Enoki mushrooms
- Tofu
Method
- Boil mushrooms in water for 30 mins until fully cooked
- Add Tom yum paste to your liking
- Add tofu and boil, once boiled turn off heat
- Cook hakuba ramen noodles
- Eat soup and noodles together
