
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt, pepper and msg to taste
- mayonnaise
- sweet soy sauce
Method
- Grate carrot and zucchini
- Mix vegetables, flour, baking powder, water, nutritional yeast, salt pepper and msg in a bowl
- Fry 1/4 of the batter in a pancake shape, flipping after 4 minutes
- Add toppings of mayonnaise and sweet soy sauce
