- Vegan mince
- Sesame oil
- Brown sugar
- Minced garlic
- Soy sauce
- Chilli flakes
- Cooked rice
- Eggs whisked
- Chopped capsicum
- Shallot
- Diced carrots
- Peas
- Chopped spring onions
- Soy sauce
Method
- Brown vegan mince
- Add 1 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- Half a teaspoon of chilli flakes
- Tablespoon of brown sugar
- Tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- Remove from wok and re oil wok
- Add eggs and fry.
- Push to one side and add cooked rice
- Add capsicum and peas and carrots
- Push to one side and add more soy sauce
- Add mince mix
- Mix everything together and add tops of spring onions
