
Ingredients
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Cabbage
- Golden curry Japanese curry cubes
Method
- Chop onions, broccoli, carrot, cabbage and mushrooms to bite size. Any vege of your choosing will be awesome!
- Stir fry chopped onions until brown. Then add in chopped mushrooms, followed by chopped carrots.
- When the carrots have slightly softened, add in the cube stocks and add 0.5 liters of water. Bring it to a boil, then add in chopped cabbage followed by broccoli.
- Cool for a further 5 minutes, and ready to serve!
