
Ingredients
- Tofu
- Mushrooms
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Soy sauce
- Chillie
- Spring onions
Method
- Chop mushroom, carrot, spring onions small and fry on pan. Add crumbled tofu and some soy sauce and chillie and cook for a couple more minutes
- Boil whole cabbage leaves for 1 min. DryThen lay out on bench. Add filling. Fold sides and roll
- Fry cabbage rolls for a couple minutes on each side
