- Obento Yaki Nori For Sushi - Cut into strips
- Sesame seeds
- Edamame beans
- Carrot - Cut into thin sticks
- Cucumber - Centre removed, then cut into thin sticks
- Avocado
- Pickled ginger
- Umeboshi - Pit removed
- Kewpie Egg Free Mayonnaise
Method
- Place the Yaki Nori around the side of you bowl before filling with your chilled sushi rice, then sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds
- Arrange all the vegetables in the bowl to surround your sushi rice.
- Top with Kewpie Egg Free Mayonnaise
