
Ingredients
- S & B Golden Curry Mix
- 3 Potatoes diced
- 2 carrots diced
- Bok Choy bunch diced
- Large handful of green beans
- 2 cups of water
- Rice
Method
- Put potatoes and water in a large saucepan on medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes soften
- Meanwhile, prepare your preferred rice following package instructions.
- Add carrots, beans and bok choy and cook for 5 minutes
- Next, add the curry mix. Cool for 5-10 minutes
- The trick with this step is to keep adding water and mixing with the sauce until you get the right texture of a thick liquid curry mix.
- Once finished, serve with rice and enjoy
