- Atlantic Salmon
- Hakubaku Soba Noodles
- Obento teriyaki sauce
- Squid Fish Sauce
- ABC extra hot Chilli Sauce
- Garlic
- Obento Ginger
- Water
- S & B wasabi
- Radish
- Yeos sesame sauce
- Red Cabbage
- Sugar snap peas
- Hanabe Edamame
- Bean shoots
- Wasabi leaf
- White and black sesame seeds
- Red Cabbage
Method
- Marinate Salmon with teriyaki sauce fish sauce garlic and water
- Cook Salmon in over tops 20mins
- Cook soba noodles and at end add edamame and snap peas just to color through
- Fine slice radish and Cabbage
- Plate and garnish with sesame seeds and Ginger n shoots a d drizzle remaining marinade over
- I often add advocado or if available use Salmon and cook skin off crispy but alas our supermarket had none with skin on here.Also tastes great with chicken
