
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Udon organic noodles
- 1 Tab Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic- minced
- Half cup chopped Continental Parsley
- 300 g button mushrooms - sliced
- Birds Chilli flakes to taste
Method
- Brown butter for 3 min in frying pan
- Place 270 g udon Noodle in boiling water as per instructions
- Add sliced mushrooms to burnt butter
- Add crushed garlic
- Once mushrooms browned, add drained cook noodles and parsley and chilli flakes before serving
