- Sushi rice
- Sushi vinegar
- Preserved sweet turnip
- Yaki nori
- Roasted seaweed
Method
- Cook sushi rice
- Mixed in sushi vinegar and wait till rice to cool down
- Spread rice, roasted seaweed and chopped sweet turnip on Yaki nori sheet
- Roll the sheet tightly into sushi
