- Lean turkey mince x 300grCooked Quinoa x 200 grGreen Cabbage x 250grGreen Beans x 100grBok Choy x 1 bunchFresh Garlic and Ginger to tasteFresh Chili to tasteABC Sweet Soy x 60mlTamari Soy x 50mlLaksa Paste x 30grFish Sauce x 20mlOil spray, as required
Method
- Chop chili, garlic and ginger fine. Chop beans, cabbage and bok choy. Stir fry garlic, ginger and chili and laksa paste in wok with minimal spray oil, then add turkey mince and cook till browned and fully cooked through add all vegetables and stir fry, add sauces at end then Quinoa before serving. Garnish with extra fresh chili if required any extra heat.
