
Ingredients
- Eye fillet beef 200g
- Brocoli 50g
- Diced Potato 1
- Oyster sauce 2tbsp
- Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
- Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
- Garlic minced 2 cloves
- White wine 4tsbp
Method
- Marinate the eye fillet with salt, pepper, mixed herbs, worchester sauce, cornflour and 1tbsp oil
- Blanch the brocoli for 2 mins.
- In a frying pan fry the blanch brocoli with garlic with 1 tbsp oil for 3mins. Set aside
- Same frying pan fry the diced potatoes in 1 tsbp oil for 4-5mins. Set aside
- Heat up 2 tsbp oil in frying pan and fry the beef 2mins on each side. Then pour the oyster sauce over the beef and deglaze the pan with white win still sauce thicken
- Serve steak with brocoli and fry potatoes.
