
Ingredients
- Natural yoghurt - 1 large heaped tablespoon
- Tin tuna (any flavour) 95g (small tin). Chilli flavour works well
- Leb cucumber- 1/2 diced
- Basmati rice pot 120g
- Obento Yaki nori seaweed sheets
Method
- Cook rice as per instructions
- Combine yoghurt, tuna, cucumber and rice in a bowl. Taste and season if required.
- Place mixture onto a sheet of Obento Yaki nori seaweed paper. Roll into sushi roll.
- Cut into eating size and enjoy!
