
Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Cooked rice
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Nori Seaweed Square
- Soya Sauce
- Tuna (plain)
Method
- Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat, then cover the sheet of seaweed with an even layer of prepared rice. Smooth gently with a rice paddle.
- Layer tuna, cucumber/avocado and Kewpie Mayonnaise on the rice, and roll it up tightly.
- Slice with a sharp knife, and enjoy with soy sauce for dipping.
