
Ingredients
- Obento Yaki nori for sushi
- Sushi rice
- Sushi vinegar
- Canned Tuna
- Avocado
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Cook rice as per pack instructions and add 3 tablespoons of sushi vinegar to each cup of cooked rice. Chop vegetables into matchstick size pieces.
- Take one nori sheet and use a wet spoon to flatten out 1/2 cup rice onto 3/4 of the sheet
- Squirt mayonnaise horizontally across the rice
- Add tuna, carrot, cucumber and avocado along the mayo line
- Wet the section of nori without rice with water, and roll sushi up so that the now sticky nori sticks to the outside.
- Cut into 2-3cm pieces and serve immediately or refrigerate.
