
Ingredients
- Sushi rice 1 cup
- Tuna tinned 95g
- Mayonnaise (kewpie is best)
- Seaweed nori sheet
- 1/2 Carrot julienned
- 1/4 Avocado sliced
- Soy sauce
- 2tbs Sushi seasoning
- Bamboo mat
- 1/4 Cucumber sliced in strips
Method
- Cook rice as per packet instructions, then move to a wooden bowl and add sushi seasoning and let cool
- Place Nori sheet on bamboo mat and cover with rice leaving about a 1.5 inch strip bare across the top
- Add mayo & tuna in a bowl and mix together. Add tuna mix along the centre of rice bed and top with carrot, cucumber and avocado.
- Slowly roll and use water on finger tips to wet the end of Nori sheet to then roll and it will seal together
- Slice with a sharp wet knife and serve with soy sauce and keypie mayonnaise if desired.
