
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Obento Sushi seasoning
- Caster sugar
- Water
- Salt
- Tuna
- Kewpie mayo
- Cucumber
- Avacado
- Obento seaweed sheets
Method
- Wash sushi rice until water is clear
- Cook rice according to packet instructions
- Transfer rice to mixing bowl and add seasoning, sugar and salt and stir with wooden spoon, allowing sugar to dissolve and rice to cool (approx 10-15 min)
- Cover obento sushi mat with glad wrap and lay out the seaweed sheet shiny side down on the mat
- Layer sheet thinly with rivlce using a small bowl of water for fingers or wooden spoon to prevent sticking. Leave 2 cm at end of sheet to seal sushi roll
- Add tuna, cucumber, avocado and kewpie mayo horizontally on front end of seaweed sheet
- Firmly roll the mat and slice
