- Lee Kum Kee Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Tuna steaks
- Lotus roots
- Rice
- Edemame beans
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Capsicum
- Seaweed
- Jasmine rice
- Sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayonaise
Method
- Cook rice using rice cooker
- While rice is cooking, marinade tuna steaks i. Oyster sauce and soy sauce.
- Slice cucumber, capsicum, avocados
- Pan fryTuna steaks no longer than a minute.
- Pan fry lotus roots on a different frying pan
- Assemble in a bowl. Start with steamed rice. Add the toppings - sliced cucumber, capsicum, edemame beans, avocado, lotus roots, seaweed and pan fried tuna steaks.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, mayonaise and a bit of soy sauce - marinade dripping from pan.
