
Ingredients
- Tuna
- Nori
- Sriracha
- Kewpie Mayo
- Rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Avocardo
- Cucumber
Method
- One cup of rice and two cups of water to a rice cooker
- Whilst rice is cooking, mix tuna, Mayo, and sriracha until creamy
- Add Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice half a cucumber into long strips
- Cut an avocado in half, slice avocado flesh and scoop out slices with a spoon
- Place nori on a bamboo mat
- Add 2 scoops of rice on one half of the nori, and flatten with rice scoop
- Add tuna mixture into the middle of the rice
- Add cucumber and avocado slices onto the edge of the rice
- Carefully roll with bamboo mat, using water to seal
- Slice roll and serve with soy sauce
