
Ingredients
- 1 medium can of Tuna
- 1 small can of corn
- 0.5 carrot shredded
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 cup of sushi rice
- 5 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sushi seasoning
- 3 yaki nori sheets
Method
- Cook sushi rice to instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, add tuna, corn, shredded carrot and Kewpie mayonnaise to a bowl and mix together adding salt and pepper if needed.
- Let the rice cool before adding sushi rice seasoning.
- Lay a thin layer of rice onto nori sheets leaving two centimetres free at the end. Add tuna mix.
- Roll sushi rolls with a rolling mat, wetting the end to allow it to stick. Enjoy!
