- Obento Yaki nori sushi
- Obento Japanese rice
- Kewpi mayonnaise
- Kikkoman soy sauce
- Sirena Tuna
- Obento sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook Japanese rice in rice cooker. After cooking, transfer to bowel to allow to cool and add obento sushi rice seasoning.
- To make tuna filling, mash one can of 425g of Sirena tuna really well. Add 4 teaspoons of soy sauce and 4 table spoons of mayonnaise and mix really well.
- Place your nori seaweed on bamboo Matt with the shiny side of seaweed facing up.
- Evenly distributed the rice over the nori.
- Add a line of tuna filling down the bottom end of the bamboo Matt.
- Now wet the top part of the Nori.
- At the bottom end roll it all the way from the bottom end of the Matt and keep rolling while placing firm pressure.
- Unravel bamboo Matt and evenly cut your sushi into nice little rolls.
- Enjoy with soy sauce as a nice lunch.^___^
