- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- S & B WASABI
- Avocado
- Open to rice wine vinegar
- Sesame seeds
- Cucumber
- Roasted seaweed sheets
- Yellow fin tuna
Method
- Boil the brown rice for 25 minutes, add rice vinegar let rice cool
- Assemble the rice, avocado, tuna, Kewpie Mayo, wasabi, cucumber and sesame seeds onto a sheet of Nori and gently roll.
