
Ingredients
- 1.5 Tablespoon of Obento rice wine vinegar
- 2 sheets of Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- 1 1/2 cups of uncooked sushi rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of white sugar
- Small tin of tuna in brine
- 1/2 an avocado
Method
- Boil water
- Add rice and cook for 20 minutes until cooked or water has evaporated.
- Place Nori sheets in an oven on 300dC for 2 minutes
- When rice is cooked, add rice wine vinegar, salt and sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Place a couple of spoonfuls of rice mixture on Nori sheet to cover the sheet.
- Add in a row a spoonful of tin and a slice of avocado
- Using a bamboo mat or a wet tea towel, roll up the sushi into a roll.
- Using a wet sharp knife cut the roll into 2.
- Place completed rolls into a sealed container and then into the fridge to cool down.
- Enjoy.
