
Ingredients
- 1 packet 450g of firm tofu
- 200 grams of Potato Starch
- 100 grams of Rice Flour
- 1 tablespoon Tumeric Powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of white pepper
- 3 tablespoons of Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- Grapeseed oil for frying
Method
- Dice tofu into 1 cm cubes
- Combine flours, tumeric, salt and pepper.
- Dip tofu cubes into flour and coat all sides
- Heat oil in frypan. When hot, cook tofu until golden brown.
- To make dipping sauce, combine kewpie mayonaise, sriracha and five spice powder. Stir until all mixed together.
- Serve tofu and dipping sauce together.
