
Ingredients
- Soba
- Tsuyu
- Cucumber
- Spring onion
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Nigella seeds
- Coriander
Method
- Boil soba until cooked, cool by rinsing through cold water
- Add tsuyu to soba in large bowl
- Add chopped greens
- Sprinkle with seeds, garnish with spring onion and serve
