
Ingredients
- Blade beef 1.5kg
- 1/2 cornflour
- 2 x onions
- Garlic (however much you like)
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1/4 rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 mirin
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Broccoli to serve
- Kewpie to serve
- Steamed rice to serve
Method
- Dice meat and put in bag with cornflour. Shake until all meat is covered in flour.
- Brown off meat and onion
- Once cooked add to slow cooker along with all other ingredients (except broccoli and Kewpie)
- Cook for 8 hours on low.
- Steam rice and broccoli, and serve with kewpie.
