- Rice
- Pork cutlets
- S&B Golden Curry mix
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Panko Bread Crumbs
Method
- Boil Rice
- Dip Pork Cutlets into plain flour, egg and then bread crumbs
- Start cooking Curry mix in 2 and half cups of water on medium heat
- Shallow fry Pork Cutlets in oil over medium high heat
- Plate up!
