Ingredients
- 80g Pasta
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 Prawns
- 1 tsp Oil
- 50g Pork mince
- 1 tbsp Valcom Tom Yum Paste
- 1 Chilli red, thin sliced
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 lime
- ½ banch Coriander, cut in to 2cm
Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil for your pasta. Add salt, about 1 tsp per one liter of water. Cook the pasta 1 minute LESS than the cooking time indicated on the package.
- In a sauté pan, cook the prawns just until they’re done. Remove the prawn and set aside; do not clean the pan.
- In the same pan, add oil and fry pork mince until done. Then add the Valcom Tom Yum Paste and stir-fry with the pork mice.
- Add chilli (You can choose how hot it is) and season the sauce with fish sauce.
- Add the prawn, cooked paste the 30ml pasta water in to the pan. Toss everything in the sauce for 1 more minute (You can make this as dry or as saucy as you like).
- Off the heat, then stir in lime juice and coriander. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or fish sauce as you like.
